Grants & Non-Dilutive Capital.

We identify and pursue grants, challenges and non-dilutive funding opportunities for your company.

Who it is for
Startups and companies with an innovation component or a social or environmental impact. Also programs and organizations that need to mobilize cooperation funds.

Line 03 / 05

Strategic mapping and fundraising across private and public donors, catalytic capital and grants for a climate tech program that accelerated 90 startups (ongoing).

Startups

How we think

Capital that does not dilute is also won with strategy, not luck.

The problem

Some capital takes no equity.

Grants, innovation challenges, international cooperation funds, development banks and multilateral programs. For many startups, especially in climate tech, AgTech, health or social impact, this is the difference between reaching the next milestone or not.

The problem is that this capital is scattered, changes constantly and every call asks for something different. Companies find out late, apply to calls that are not a fit, or submit applications that do not address what the funder evaluates.

What we do

Six areas of work.

Opportunity mapping

Active identification of grants, challenges, calls and funds aligned with your sector, stage and geography.

Prioritization

Which calls are a real fit, with their timeline, requirements and likelihood of fit.

Narrative for funders

A proposal tailored to what each funder evaluates: problem, solution, impact and use of funds.

Application

Support with the writing, budget, annexes and submission of each application.

Measurable impact

Theory of change and metrics, when the call requires them.

Follow-up

Calendar of calls, responses to the funder and subsequent reporting if you win.

Process

How we work.

1

Diagnosis

We review your company, your impact and your capital needs to find out what you can apply to.

2

Opportunity map

We give you the prioritized calls, with dates and requirements.

3

Application

We prepare each application with you, one by one.

4

Follow-up

We support you through the evaluation and, if you win, the first reports to the funder.

We map four sources of non-dilutive capital: private donors (foundations, strategic philanthropy, family offices and corporates), public donors (development agencies and banks, international cooperation), catalytic and blended capital, and challenges and prizes.

Who it is for

Who it is for and who it is not.

It is for you if…

  • You know there are grants for your sector, but you do not have time to track them.
  • You applied, were not selected, and do not know why.
  • You want to extend your runway without dilution before your next round.
  • Your model has measurable impact and you are not using it to access capital.
  • A funder is asking for a theory of change or impact metrics you do not have.

Duration

It depends on each call's timeline; we define it in the proposal.

How we work together

What we need and how we measure.

What we need from you

  • Information about the company, its traction and its impact.
  • Financial statements and the budget for the project seeking funding.
  • Legal documents that funders usually request.
  • A team member responsible for reviewing and signing each application.

How we measure progress

  • Calls identified and prioritized.
  • Applications submitted on time and complete.
  • Applications that advance to the next stage, and amounts awarded.

What we do not do

  • We do not guarantee an application will win: the decision belongs to the funder.
  • We do not apply to calls that are not a fit just to add attempts.
  • We do not provide our own money.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us.

Is this only for impact startups?
No, but many calls reward social or environmental impact. We tell you what you can apply to based on your model.
Can you apply on my behalf?
We prepare the application with you; signing and submission are done by your company.
Do you work with calls outside Latin America?
Yes, when your company is eligible.
How is it contracted?
As a fixed project based on deliverables, as a monthly retainer for ongoing search and applications, or as a retainer plus success fee when the call allows it. Some funders do not allow success fees to be paid from their funds; we review this case by case.
