Accelerator & Venture Programs.
We design and run venture building, acceleration and investment readiness programs, focused on what holds startups back: selling and closing deals.
Who it is for
Corporates and CVC, funds, foundations, universities and multilaterals that want to launch their own program, redesign an existing one or build an acceleration and investment platform.
acceleration and investment platform in mental health, in operation.

How we think
The opportunity is not to create more startups: it is to build the system that makes them viable.
The problem
The program costs a lot and delivers little.
Many organizations want their own acceleration or open innovation program, but end up with calls that do not attract the right startups, generic mentoring and Demo Days that produce neither deals nor investment.
Our programs focus on what holds startups back: selling and closing deals. And they are designed so that whoever backs them gets measurable results at a reasonable operating cost.

What we do
Five types of program.
Acceleration
A program with an open call, selection, mentoring, pilots and Demo Day.
Venture building
Acceleration and investment platforms built from scratch with the client, such as Meaning Capital.
Investment readiness
Programs that get a group of startups ready to receive investment.
Investor training
Angel academies, such as the 32-hour Angel Investor Academy for CATAL1.5°T.
Programs with a vehicle
Acceleration connected to the client's own investment vehicle, with thesis, instruments, governance and committee.
Process
A twelve-month cycle.
Strategic preparation
Value proposition, operating model, methodology, selection criteria, governance, toolkit and stakeholder map.
Go-to-market and launch
Sponsorship deck, packages, commercial narrative, institutional launch, press and media.
Open call and selection
Outreach campaign, call page, application form, scoring matrix, interviews and selection committee.
Acceleration and pilots
Mentoring, B2B and B2G sales, regulation, impact, pilots, pricing, unit economics and investor readiness.
Demo Day and consolidation
Demo Day, results measurement, success stories, a second batch and a catalytic capital proposal.
Reference funnel
From 500 applications down to 12 to 20 startups.
Weighted criteria
How we select.
Founder journey
KPIs
We measure four things.
A batch of 12 to 20 startups, a KPI system covering ecosystem, business, impact and close, and a cost-efficient operating model for the program's sponsor.
Ecosystem
Active mentors, confirmed partners, pilot companies, connections and sponsors.
Business
Pilots launched, customers and partnerships, capital raised, revenue and milestones.
Impact
Startups strengthened, users reached, outcomes, jobs and alumni.
Close
Exit survey, committee report, success stories and follow-up at 3, 6 and 12 months.
In partnership with Meaning Group, programs can include a human layer: support for founders on stress, loneliness, purpose, emotional leadership and team care, with a tiered model that ranges from all participants to one-on-one coaching.
Who it is for
Who it is for and who it is not.
It is for you if…
- You want an open innovation program that ends in real pilots and contracts.
- Your fund or CVC needs a program that builds an investment pipeline.
- Your foundation or university has funding for a program and needs someone to design and run it.
- Your current program is not producing measurable results.
- You want to combine acceleration with an investment vehicle or catalytic capital.
It is not for you if…
- You are a startup looking to join a program: see the founders page.
- You want a one-off event without follow-up.
Deliverables
What you get.
Duration
A full reference cycle lasts twelve months; a program can be shorter or focus on a single phase.
How we work together
What we need and how we measure.
What we need from you
- Program goals: what kind of startups, what results and why.
- Budget and sources of funding.
- An internal owner with decision-making authority.
- In corporate programs, access to the business units that will host pilots.
How we measure progress
- Ecosystem: active mentors, confirmed partners, pilot companies and sponsors.
- Business: pilots launched, customers and partnerships, capital raised and revenue.
- Impact: startups strengthened, users reached, jobs and follow-up at 3, 6 and 12 months.
What we do not do
- We do not put up the capital for programs: we design it and help mobilize it.
- We do not run programs without outcome metrics agreed from the start.
